Ocean Breeze Waterpark Ticket Terms and Conditions

The bearer of the ticket grants Company the right to film/video/photograph the bearer for any purpose whatsoever without any payment.
Assumption of General Risk/Limitation of Liability: You acknowledge and agree to assume the inherent risks associated with attendance at the park and the use of all rides, attractions, and facilities and agree to read and obey all safety signage, instructions, and rules. Such risks include but are not limited to bodily / physical injury, harm or death that may be caused by, arise from or be attributable to the use of or participation in or on any attraction. Other risks of attending large outdoor or indoor venues include injuries from exposure to the elements, such as rain, cold, excessive heat or the weather in general, and injuries or illness sustained due to your own personal negligence and/or the negligence of others, including running, jumping, engaging in altercations with other patrons or otherwise behaving recklessly in the park. You are responsible to know your own health and physical condition and limitations and the health and physical condition and limitations of any minor under your care or supervision. If you ride or use, or you permit any minors under your care or supervision to ride or use, any attraction, you or they do so at your or their own risk. Ocean Breeze Waterpark assumes no responsibility for accident or loss to any person in connection with the condition or use of the park, rides, attractions, facilities or their entrance into or departure from the park. You hereby irrevocably release Ocean Breeze Waterpark and its affiliates and their respective employees, agents, representatives, and hold them harmless for, all losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims, demands or causes of action whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, arising out of your attendance at, and use of, the Park.
NO REFUNDS. Valid only on regular operating days during the 2023 season. Not valid during private parties or blackout dates. Ticket is a non-transferable revocable license. Not for resale; void if duplicated or altered. Ticket will not be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or destroyed. Guests age 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older. Attractions are subject to availability and/or height/weight restrictions. All persons and property are subject to search.
Ride availability, operating dates and times may change without notice. Bearer of ticket grants the Park the right to film/video/photograph the bearer on park property for any purpose without payment or consideration thereof. Violation of Park rules or applicable local, state and federal laws will result in expulsion without refund.
Conduct that is disorderly, disruptive, may endanger others, or is in poor taste is also prohibited. Bearer, for himself and minor children/dependents, hereby agrees to the foregoing terms and further agrees to release and hold harmless the park and its affiliated companies from and to waive any and all claims, causes of action, demands, and liabilities for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death that may arise out of or in connection with the bearer’s use of the park facilities or any occurrence on park premises, including those arising out of the negligence of the companies or any other party.
