What is the minimum number of people required to be considered a group?

At Ocean Breeze Waterpark the minimum for a group rate on admission is 15 guests.

How much money do I save when purchasing group tickets?

You are eligible to save up to $26 off the regular all-day admission price when making a group reservation for 15 or more guests.

What is the procedure for reserving a date for my group?

Payment in full is required for the minimum of 15 tickets in order to reserve a group admission package. The group admission price you receive will depend on how far in advance you make a reservation. Reservations can be online at www.oceanbreezewaterpark.com/groups/group-admission/.

What is the deadline to place a group sales order?

Group orders can be placed up until the day of visit. To receive the best price on group admission and complimentary admission, reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance of the visit date.

When do I pay for my reservation?

The minimum requirement of 15 tickets and any processing or service fees must be paid for at the time of reservation. Additional tickets can be purchased at the same pre-arranged rate online in advance or on the day of your visit.

How can I pay for tickets?

Any major credit card, apple pay and other electronic credit forms of payment are accepted. One form of payment is required for each transaction.

Are there any other fees associated with the purchase of group tickets?

City and State taxes are applied to all admission and food & beverage purchases.

After I place my order, can I order additional tickets?

Yes, additional tickets can be purchased online at the same group rate using a personalized access code you will receive via email within 48 hours after completing your reservation.

How will I receive my tickets?

Tickets will be emailed to the email address used in the online order immediately after the purchase is complete. If you have not received the email, please search [email protected] or check your junk or spam folder. If you still have trouble finding the email, please email [email protected].

Can tickets be left for pick up?

Yes, tickets may be left for pick up at the Main Gate Ticket Window. Tickets should be labeled with the person’s first and last name that will pick them up. You may also screenshot the ticket barcode of an admission ticket and text or email it to your guests in advance to be scanned at the turnstile for entry. Ocean Breeze Waterpark is not responsible for any unclaimed tickets.

Do I need a ticket for everyone? What if a guest is not going to use the waterpark?

All guests age 3 & up entering the park are required to have an admission ticket whether or not they are planning to enjoy the slides and attractions.

What is your chaperone policy?

Ocean Breeze Waterpark does not provide complimentary admission for chaperones. Group reservations that are made at least 7 days in advance of the visit date will receive 1 complimentary admission ticket per 15 tickets initially purchased. Complimentary admission is not provided for tickets purchased within 7 days of the visit date or any additional tickets added on to your reservation.

What age does a child need to be to be admitted free?

Children ages 2 and under are admitted free.

Is there a fee for parking?

Parking is free for all guests visiting Ocean Breeze Waterpark.

Is there bus parking at Ocean Breeze Waterpark?

Yes, parking is free for buses. There is a drop off location for groups arriving on buses. After your group has been dropped off, Ocean Breeze Waterpark staff will direct you where to park your bus.

Do bus drivers pay for admission?

Bus drivers with a CDL license transporting a group will receive complimentary admission on the visit date.

What is your policy on refunds, exchanges, or lost tickets?

Tickets cannot be refunded, canceled, or exchanged. Ocean Breeze Waterpark assumes no liability for lost or stolen tickets. Tickets will not be replaced nor will a refund be allowed.

What is it rains on our visit date?

If it rains, the water park still operates as normal. In the event of inclement weather, thunder and lightning, the park will go on a temporary suspension in which all pools and slides will be closed. If the suspension last longer than 90 minutes, rain check tickets will be issued for guests to use on an alternate visit date. Rain check tickets will be issued to the group representative only, and it is the group representative’s responsibility to distribute the tickets to guests accordingly.

Can we bring our own food and beverage?

No, we do not allow any outside food or beverage in the park. The only exception is personal water bottles which must be clear and unopened. Ocean Breeze Waterpark reserves the right to search any coolers, strollers, bags or people to ensure that no weapons, food, or beverages are brought into the park.

What if a guest has a dietary restriction?

If a guest has a dietary restriction preventing them from eating the food served at the water park, the guest may bring in personal food and beverage items. The guest should notify the staff at bag check of the dietary restriction.
